Role Overview

Rehab Beach Club seeks a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure smooth billing operations while delivering excellent service at all points of guest interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments accurately using POS and other payment systems
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change in a timely manner
  • Reconcile daily cash, card, and mobile money transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Support smooth billing operations between service and finance teams
  • Handle guest payment inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain an organized and secure cashier station at all times

Educational Requirement

  • Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a cashiering or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or retail

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrate strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Maintain honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling cash
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Show strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Operate POS systems and basic computer applications confidently
  • Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor at all times
