Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our resort’s services. The successful candidate will create a welcoming first impression for clients while identifying new business opportunities and increasing bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase occupancy and event bookings
  • Promote the resort’s accommodation, event spaces, and services to individuals, corporates, and travel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and professional experience for prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within hospitality or tourism
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
