Job Summary

TAAC Group seeks a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize its digital commerce platforms. The successful candidate will enhance online customer experiences, ensure seamless product presentation across channels, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, engagement, and sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously update e-commerce platforms, including product pages, landing pages, pricing, SEO, and inventory data
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to integrate engaging creative assets, interactive visuals, and compelling brand storytelling across digital channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer behavior
  • Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversions
  • Coordinate with inventory, merchandising, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate stock levels, pricing updates, and timely product launches
  • Execute A/B testing on layouts, content, and user journeys to optimize platform performance and customer engagement
  • Support integration of third-party applications and tools into e-commerce systems while troubleshooting technical issues as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, e-commerce management, or web development, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
  • Proven experience building and managing product pages and landing pages using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and UX (User Experience) best practices
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and solid understanding of SEO optimization techniques
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with creative, marketing, and technical teams
  • A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for digital storytelling and innovation
