Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations and programme coordination. You will actively manage schedules, track deliverables, and support the successful execution of training programmes and organisational activities.
Key Responsibilities
You will actively:
- Organize and coordinate training programmes and related activities
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and action points to ensure timely completion
- Manage complex schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and project teams
- Support the implementation of projects and promote organisational programmes and services
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and communication logs
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- SHS graduates and Degree holders are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Location Requirement
- Must be based in Prestea, Bogoso, or Tarkwa, or be willing to relocate to any of these locations
