Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product & Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen our product positioning and support sales performance. You will bridge the gap between product knowledge and sales execution by delivering training, creating impactful content, and equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver engaging product training programs for sales teams and partners.
- Translate complex vehicle technologies into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Ensure sales teams remain up to date with new product features, updates, and competitive positioning.
Sales Support
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, and product guides.
- Support the sales team with technical insights during client engagements and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product messaging with business objectives.
Content Development & Digital Support
- Develop high-quality digital content to support product marketing and sales campaigns.
- Optimize content using SEO tools to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Market & Product Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning strategies.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to refine messaging and training materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in automotive product training, sales support, or digital content development.
- Strong understanding of vehicle technologies and automotive trends.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and digital content optimization.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and persuasive communication.
