Position Overview

Brigham Healthcare Services seeks a diligent, organized, and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to support daily administrative and clerical operations within the facility. The successful candidate will ensure smooth documentation flow, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination of office processes.

This role requires strong administrative discipline, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for patients, staff, and office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and internal communication documents.
  • Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Records & Documentation Management

  • Organize, store, and retrieve physical and digital records efficiently.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Update databases and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.

Office Coordination

  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and departmental activities.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and basic administrative resources.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries as required.
  • Support audit and compliance processes through proper documentation.

Educational Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
