Teller / Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Location: Kasoa
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Teller / Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our team in Kasoa. The successful candidate will handle customer transactions, provide account-related support, and ensure excellent customer service delivery while maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with account-related services and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and activities
- Receive, process, and reconcile payments accurately
- Support daily office operations and customer service activities
- Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
- Prepare daily transaction reports and related documentation when required
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Educational Requirement
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Requirements and Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills
- Honest, reliable, and highly customer-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
