Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to enhance patient experience by providing timely support, responding to enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries regarding hospital services
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, procedures, and processes
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and documentation
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience to patients and visitors
  • Support front desk and administrative operations when required
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and guests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service

  • Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
