Role Purpose

The Coordinator, Digital Business will support the development, implementation, and management of digital business initiatives, partnerships, and commercial activities aimed at driving customer growth, digital adoption, and business performance. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to support digital solutions, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital business strategies, commercial initiatives, and partnership activities.
  • Coordinate digital business projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Analyse business and customer data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of digital solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to support innovation and business growth.
  • Assist in managing digital products, platforms, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Support customer-centric initiatives aimed at enhancing digital customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies where applicable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the digital business function.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related commercial or business-focused discipline.
  • Professional certification or training in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Commercial Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a digital, commercial, business development, or partnerships environment, preferably within telecommunications, media, technology, or data-driven businesses.

Professional and Technical Competencies

  • Good knowledge of digital tools and digital business solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and digital analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of app and web development processes.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
