Role Overview
The Admin / Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while supporting daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth front desk activities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients professionally and courteously.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient and administrative records.
- Support administrative and office coordination activities.
- Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and other administrative support duties where required.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare administrative procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience in administration, front desk, or customer service roles.
- Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative tools.
