Position Summary

SHAPE Healthcare is seeking qualified and compassionate General Nurses to join its clinical team. The successful candidates will provide professional nursing care, support patient recovery and wellbeing, and contribute to the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services.

The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient care practices, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards and healthcare protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
• Support patient recovery and promote overall patient wellbeing through compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs and medical emergencies.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years relevant working experience as a General Nurse.
• Valid professional certification and licensing where applicable.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
