We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Business Development Lead to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
  • Research prospective clients and develop strategies for business expansion.
  • Reach out to businesses and potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
  • Present and pitch the company’s services and value proposition effectively to clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the company’s customer base and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong confidence in pitching, presenting, and engaging prospective clients.
  • Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools is an added advantage.
