Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards within guest rooms and assigned hotel areas. The successful candidate will ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects the luxury standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Ensure assigned rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of guest rooms and work areas
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
  • Ensure guest requests and special room requirements are addressed efficiently
  • Push and manage housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment safely
  • Follow health, safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Support the housekeeping team in achieving operational and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School or Vocational School Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Housekeeping, preferably within a five-star hotel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to clean up to 15 rooms per day according to standards
  • Physical ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
