Construction Manager (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage project timelines, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective performance.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve set targets.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, conflicts, and on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 7 years as a Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing teams with strong leadership and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong competence in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Excellent time management and project delivery skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet strict project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
