We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Auto Mechanic to join our team in Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing company vehicles and ensuring optimal fleet performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on company vehicles.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot vehicle performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair needs.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Technician Part III certification.
• MVTI Part II or Part III qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license with a minimum Class B certification.
