Key Responsibilities
- Support production and operational processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with the handling, movement, loading, and unloading of materials and products.
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Assist technicians, machine operators, and supervisors with operational tasks.
- Conduct basic inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Support inventory handling and material management activities when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Perform other duties assigned to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, technical, or operational experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience working in production, construction, engineering, logistics, or related environments is desirable.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality performance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational standards.
- Relevant technical certifications, vocational training, or practical experience will be considered an added advantage.
