Position Summary

The MIG Welder and Arc Welder will perform welding and fabrication tasks to support ongoing industrial projects. The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Arc welding tasks on metal structures and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Carry out fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal parts as assigned.
• Ensure all welding work meets required quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspection of welds to ensure accuracy and durability.
• Maintain welding equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support other production-related tasks as required by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideal candidates should have:

• Hands-on industrial or technical welding experience.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Relevant welding certifications or technical training will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of welding safety procedures and standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
