AT Ghana is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Fixed Products and Presales Manager to join the AT Business Department. Reporting to the Director, Products and Commercial Marketing, the successful candidate will lead product development, product lifecycle management, presales engineering, solution design, and enterprise project delivery initiatives.

This role is critical to maximizing business revenue through innovative fixed product offerings, competitive pricing strategies, customer-centric solution development, and effective stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen AT Ghana’s position within the enterprise solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and manage innovative fixed products and enterprise solutions aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.
- Create product proposals supported by market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Develop business cases that demonstrate commercial viability and return on investment.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, making data-driven recommendations on investment, enhancement, or withdrawal decisions.
- Plan and execute product migration strategies to ensure seamless customer transitions when services are retired.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop competitive pricing structures that support revenue growth and profitability objectives.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop effective product, service, and brand communication strategies.
Presales & Solution Engineering
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored enterprise solutions.
- Participate in technical sales meetings and customer engagements to support business development efforts.
- Prepare technical specifications, solution proposals, and bid documentation for strategic opportunities.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
- Design enterprise solutions that address customer communication, connectivity, and technology requirements.
- Conduct client site surveys and technical assessments for enterprise projects.
- Develop business cases and value propositions that accelerate customer adoption of AT Ghana solutions.
- Evaluate solution feasibility and support commercial decision-making through technical and financial analysis.
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Manage enterprise solution deployment projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure delivery within agreed specifications.
- Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and progress reporting.
- Act as Project Manager for non-standard enterprise solutions and strategic customer projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and business success.
Service Assurance & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate closely with Network Services teams to resolve service issues and maintain high service availability.
- Oversee the resolution of enterprise network outages and service faults, ensuring timely communication and effective corrective action.
- Monitor service performance trends and prepare reports to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) commitments.
- Support the implementation of quality management processes and ensure compliance across enterprise solution deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Build and manage a high-performing presales technical team capable of supporting nationwide enterprise sales opportunities.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership to team members.
- Deliver product and solution training programs that enhance sales team capabilities and product knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and industry partners to stay informed on product innovations and market developments.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering with Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or higher-level certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in product management, presales engineering, enterprise solutions, telecommunications, or managed services.
- Demonstrated experience developing commercial and pricing propositions that drive business growth.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical or commercial environment.
- Experience managing enterprise projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced modelling, and data analysis.
- Experience within telecommunications, ICT, enterprise solutions, or managed services environments is highly desirable.
- Accounting or management accounting experience will be an advantage.
