Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving vehicle sales across individual and dealership segments. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with strong automotive industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective customers, including automobile dealers and individual buyers.
  • Promote and sell vehicles sourced directly from reputable automobile auctions in the United States.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up consistently on sales leads and customer enquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Prepare and present vehicle recommendations, quotations, and sales proposals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory, vehicle specifications, and market trends.
  • Utilize social media and digital sales channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Represent Auto Bridge Ghana professionally and positively across all customer interactions, both online and offline.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

You should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience

You should have:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in automotive sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling vehicles to both individual customers and business clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle sales processes.
