Auto Bridge Ghana connects customers and dealers in Ghana to vehicle opportunities in the United States. We simplify the entire process of buying from U.S. auctions, shipping vehicles, tracking cargo, and managing end-to-end import support. Our goal is to make vehicle importation seamless, transparent, and accessible.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our team in Accra. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, producing engaging multimedia content, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital advertisements, email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, presentations, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with business goals and brand strategy.
• Create visually engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, attracts target audiences, and supports customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage multiple design and video projects at the same time while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to ensure all creative content remains relevant and impactful.
• Lead video production projects from concept development through final delivery, including storyboarding, animation, editing, feedback integration, quality assurance, and production.
• Design infographics and presentation materials that simplify complex information and improve audience understanding.
• Maintain videography equipment and recommend new tools or upgrades when necessary.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and multimedia assets.
• Contribute fresh ideas that enhance marketing campaigns and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

You must have:

• A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Video Production, Multimedia Illustration, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, and multimedia production.
• Proven experience working with both digital and print media.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills and Competencies

You should demonstrate:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, design principles, and creative ideation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and modern digital design practices.
• Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to take direction positively and respond to feedback promptly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
