We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team in East Legon.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telesales Agent, you will:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records in the system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Provide after-sales support when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (proficiency in local languages is an added advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• Basic computer literacy and phone handling skills.
• Positive attitude with strong persuasion and influencing abilities.
