Position Summary

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited invites applications from motivated and enthusiastic National Service Personnel to join its Sales & Marketing Department. This opportunity offers recent graduates practical industry experience while contributing to business growth, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable exposure to sales operations, customer relationship management, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing daily operational activities, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally and assist with customer relationship management activities.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate customer and client databases.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and related documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
  • Participate in showroom and branch activities, including product displays, stock verification, and sales activation programs.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders and related transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Logistics, Accounts, and Production, to facilitate efficient order processing and customer service.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Supervisor or Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must:

  • Be recent graduates eligible for National Service in Ghana.
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Be proactive, positive, and capable of working effectively within a team.
