Position Summary
Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a highly organized and technology-driven VOSA Supervisor (Marketing Software) to oversee the implementation, administration, optimization, and performance of the company’s marketing and sales software systems.
The successful candidate will serve as the key link between technical teams, sales personnel, and marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless system operation, user adoption, data integrity, and business performance tracking. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong software management, training, and analytical capabilities who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the full implementation, configuration, operation, and continuous optimization of the VOSA marketing software platform.
- Coordinate activities between software development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and ensure stability, reliability, and availability for all internal and external users.
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and deliver user training programs to improve system adoption, efficiency, and user competence.
- Oversee user onboarding, access management, and ongoing support for system users.
- Manage software localization initiatives to ensure alignment with local business and market requirements.
- Drive user engagement and encourage effective utilization of software features and functionalities.
- Coordinate software updates, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Track user performance and system utilization metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and platform data to generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies through data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management to support operational excellence and business growth.
Qualification Required & Experience
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the sales and marketing function of a large manufacturing company, factory, or corporate organization.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing software platforms, online sales tracking systems, and business applications.
- Have practical experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems; CRM administration experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior and business performance data.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have experience conducting user training and supporting technology adoption initiatives.
- Be capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
