About the Role

Munchys Ghana is seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Bikers (Delivery Riders) to join its East Legon team. The successful candidates will ensure fast, safe, and professional delivery of food and pizza orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

In this role, you will represent Munchys Ghana directly to customers and play a key part in delivering a positive and timely food experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers within assigned areas.
• Ensure accurate order handling and confirm deliveries with customers.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service during all interactions.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedule instructions efficiently.
• Handle food items with care to ensure quality upon delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned motorbike.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company delivery policies.
• Report delivery status, delays, or issues to supervisors in real time.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 1–2 years of work experience (delivery or related roles preferred).
• SHS certificate, Diploma, or HND qualification.
• A valid motorbike riding license (preferred/required depending on operations).
• Good knowledge of routes within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
• A disciplined and safety-conscious attitude on the road.
