About the Role

Munchys Ghana is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join its East Legon team. The successful candidates will deliver excellent dining experiences by providing attentive service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

In this role, you will represent the brand at the front line and contribute directly to creating a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-presented at all times.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service guidelines at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or a related field.
• A minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, or HND.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
• Good grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
