About the Role

Munchys Ghana is seeking a responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Caretaker to join its East Legon team. The successful candidate will ensure that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and safe at all times to support smooth daily operations in a busy food and beverage environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas, including workspaces and common areas.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Assist in basic facility upkeep and support minor maintenance tasks where required.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and used responsibly.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in cleaning, caretaking, or facility support roles.
• A minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, or HND.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• A responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
• A positive and cooperative team spirit.
