Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Officer to support and enhance our people management processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee records and ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR information.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction activities.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data analyses, and management information as required.
- Maintain and update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related databases.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR operations and employee experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Law and Tax Regulations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of French will be considered an added advantage.
