Position Summary

The Customer Service and Operations Officer will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, address inquiries professionally, and assist in coordinating operational activities to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Customer Service and Operations Officer, you will:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery and business continuity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Monitor operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare routine reports and maintain operational documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist with administrative duties and other operational tasks assigned by management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service, operations, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
