Position Summary

The Dispatch Rider will ensure the timely and safe delivery of food orders, documents, and other assigned items. The role requires strong time management, road safety awareness, and excellent customer service skills to support smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dispatch Rider, you will:

• Deliver food orders, packages, and documents promptly to designated locations.
• Ensure accurate handling and safe transportation of all assigned items.
• Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Verify delivery orders before departure and obtain proper confirmation upon delivery.
• Maintain assigned motorbike in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Report any delays, incidents, or delivery challenges promptly to management.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and daily logs.
• Support basic maintenance checks such as fuel levels, oil, brakes, and tires.
• Ensure professionalism in all interactions with customers and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in delivery, logistics, or dispatch services.
• Valid rider’s license and strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery timelines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Basic understanding of mobile delivery tracking systems is an advantage.
