School Administrator (Full-Time)

Location: Kandiga Community, Upper East Region, Ghana
School: Aniahkan Premier Schools

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced School Administrator to support the effective management and smooth operation of our school.

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about education management, school leadership, and creating an efficient environment that supports teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
  • Support the implementation of school policies, procedures, and academic programmes.
  • Coordinate communication between management, teachers, students, and parents.
  • Manage student records, staff documentation, and school databases.
  • Organize school timetables, meetings, events, and administrative schedules.
  • Ensure effective use and maintenance of school resources and facilities.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and basic financial administration activities.
  • Monitor compliance with educational standards and internal school policies.
  • Assist in staff coordination, supervision, and performance support activities.
  • Promote a well-organized, disciplined, and positive school environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A relevant degree from a recognized institution in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in school administration or educational management.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in the Kandiga community in the Upper East Region.
