Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
- Support the implementation of school policies, procedures, and academic programmes.
- Coordinate communication between management, teachers, students, and parents.
- Manage student records, staff documentation, and school databases.
- Organize school timetables, meetings, events, and administrative schedules.
- Ensure effective use and maintenance of school resources and facilities.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and basic financial administration activities.
- Monitor compliance with educational standards and internal school policies.
- Assist in staff coordination, supervision, and performance support activities.
- Promote a well-organized, disciplined, and positive school environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A relevant degree from a recognized institution in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in school administration or educational management.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the Kandiga community in the Upper East Region.
