Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations at Nuvi Blends. The successful candidate will assist in production processes, ensure quality standards are maintained, and contribute to efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in preparing, handling, and processing production materials according to set standards.
• Monitor product quality during production and report any inconsistencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products.
• Support inventory tracking of raw materials and production supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Report equipment or operational issues promptly to supervisors.
• Contribute ideas for improving production efficiency and product quality.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand product quality expectations.
• High learning agility and adaptability to new processes and environments.
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
