Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for factory workers, artisans, and operational staff to support business and production requirements.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination to ensure timely recruitment.
- Support the recruitment of skilled technical and professional roles as business needs require.
- Plan and execute field recruitment drives within targeted communities to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and local stakeholders to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
- Represent the company during recruitment campaigns, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and daily hiring trackers to support effective reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and verify that successful candidates meet all pre-employment and joining requirements.
- Update recruitment data promptly and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and reporting.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable employment regulations.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, industrial operations, outsourcing, or manpower supply.
- Strong understanding of factory workforce planning and industrial recruitment practices in Ghana.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment assignments within demanding timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more local Ghanaian languages will be a strong advantage.
