As the organisation expands its network from 50 to 100 community learning Spots, EduSpots is seeking a passionate and experienced Education Coordinator – Early Years to lead the continued growth of its EduKidz programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-quality early childhood learning experiences while supporting community leaders who are making a lasting impact in their local communities.

Key Responsibilities
As the Education Coordinator – Early Years, you will:
- Design and develop engaging, play-based early years curricula and learning challenges.
- Coordinate and strengthen the EduKidz programme across EduSpots’ growing network.
- Mentor, coach, and support local Catalysts who facilitate EduKidz clubs.
- Build and nurture an active learning community through WhatsApp and the EduSpots App.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen parental engagement and participation in children’s learning.
- Support the development of child-friendly community learning spaces.
- Collaborate with programme teams to enhance learning outcomes and educational quality.
- Monitor programme implementation and recommend improvements based on evidence and feedback.
- Promote child-centred, inclusive, and community-led learning practices.
- Contribute to the organization’s strategic goal of expanding access to quality early years education across Ghana.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
- Professional training or postgraduate qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related disciplines will be an advantage.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or education programme coordination.
- Experience supporting educators, facilitators, teachers, or community-based learning initiatives.
- Experience designing or implementing play-based learning programmes is highly desirable.
- Experience working with community-led education programmes, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), or the non-profit sector is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches.
- Excellent curriculum design and educational planning skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Digital proficiency, including experience using online collaboration and communication platforms such as WhatsApp and learning applications.
- Passion for community-led education, inclusion, and child-centred learning.
- Strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
