Programme Overview

The National Service Trainee Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Training Duration: One (1) Year

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the National Service Trainee Programme, applicants must:

• Be a Ghanaian citizen.
• Be completing tertiary education in 2026.
• Hold or expect to obtain a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in one of the following disciplines:

• Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or Information Technology
• Security Management, Cybersecurity, or Psychology
• Accounting, Business Administration (Accounting Option), Finance, or Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration (Human Resource Option), Human Resource Management, or Management Studies
• Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
