Junior Financial Advisor (Full-Time)
Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to develop and implement customized financial plans that align with customers’ financial goals and aspirations.
- Achieve individual sales and business development targets through effective planning, disciplined execution, and sound time management.
- Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio by promoting Petra’s financial products and delivering professional financial advisory services.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing financial guidance.
- Support customers throughout the decision-making process by demonstrating strong product knowledge and a customer-centric approach.
- Regularly review customer portfolios and financial plans to identify changes in financial circumstances, market conditions, or customer objectives that may require plan adjustments.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify trends and opportunities that support business development initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post–National Service experience in sales, preferably within the retail or financial services sector.
- Previous experience in financial advisory, relationship management, or business development will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- High level of self-confidence, self-motivation, and results orientation.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
