We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Elementary Principal to lead our Elementary School and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Elementary School to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of every student.
• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
• Promote excellence in curriculum implementation, instructional practices, and student assessment.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, students, and the wider school community to enhance student success and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, educational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making and collaborative leadership.
• Uphold and model the school’s Christian values, mission, and vision in all aspects of school leadership.
• Oversee student welfare, discipline, and behaviour management while fostering a respectful and supportive school culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve the school’s strategic goals and institutional objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area. A postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Valid teaching certification or professional teaching licence.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an elementary or primary school setting.
• Experience with American, International, or International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula and standards is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school improvement practices.
