Position Summary

As a Front Office Associate, you will welcome guests, manage front desk activities, handle customer enquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in representing the restaurant’s brand by delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and responding to enquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate reservations and assist with guest seating when required.
  • Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s services, menu offerings, and promotions.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A degree in a related field, preferably Business Administration or a similar discipline.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office applications.
  • A professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
