As a Front Office Associate, you will welcome guests, manage front desk activities, handle customer enquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in representing the restaurant’s brand by delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and responding to enquiries.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate reservations and assist with guest seating when required.
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s services, menu offerings, and promotions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A degree in a related field, preferably Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office applications.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
