We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our operations by maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and ensuring the integrity of company information.

Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist will accurately capture, update, verify, and maintain company data to support effective decision-making and smooth business operations. The successful candidate will manage records, perform data quality checks, support administrative processes, and ensure confidential information remains secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and information systems.
  • Review and verify data entries to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of records.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis documents as required.
  • Support administrative activities, including filing, documentation, and record management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information at all times.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update information.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with company procedures and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
