Systems, SOPs and Process Excellence

  • Design, implement, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all core operational processes.
  • Lead the effective utilisation of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and operational systems.
  • Drive process discipline, data integrity, and continuous operational improvement across the business.
  • Ensure all operational documentation remains current, accessible, and consistently applied.

Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics

  • Oversee post-procurement operations, including commodity intake, warehouse management, inventory control, and outbound distribution.
  • Maintain high standards for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, traceability, stock integrity, and loss prevention.
  • Lead logistics planning, fleet coordination, transport scheduling, route optimisation, and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate export logistics and shipping documentation with procurement and commercial teams.
  • Ensure accurate, real-time inventory visibility across all locations.

Production, Processing and Quality

  • Lead production and processing operations to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Drive operational readiness for certifications including Fairtrade, ISO 22000, Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), and other relevant standards.
  • Embed quality control throughout every stage of production and processing.

Commercial Operations and Distribution

  • Provide operational oversight for FMCG sales, distribution, operations, and marketing functions.
  • Ensure production, packaging, warehousing, and distribution operate as an integrated value chain.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to strengthen route-to-market execution and distribution performance.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, order fulfilment rates, and service delivery standards for key customers.
