Brigham Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Staff Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive experience for patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
Receive and direct patients, visitors, and calls in a professional and courteous manner
Support the preparation of reports, memos, and internal communications
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and request replenishments when needed
Assist with basic data entry and record management
Support compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma from a recognized institution
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
