Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and manage the hotel’s accounts payable functions. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, manage vendor relationships, and support financial reporting in compliance with company policies and standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational efficiency within the finance department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing

  • Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests

  • Manage vendor accounts and maintain positive relationships

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare reports on accounts payable status and outstanding liabilities

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Mentor and guide accounts payable staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy


Educational Requirements & Experience

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
