Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Accra

Position Summary
We seek a results-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional service experiences. The successful candidate will actively promote the hotel’s offerings, process reservations, support Sales & Marketing operations, and maximize revenue opportunities through strategic selling techniques.
This is a full-time position based in Accra. No supervisory experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up-selling strategies.
Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
Determine and provide approved complimentary gifts (e.g., reward points, vouchers) to recognize guest patronage.
Process Marriott Rewards point redemptions and enter loyalty information accurately into the system.
Reservations & Guest Services
Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via phone, email, fax, or mail.
Answer, record, and resolve guest calls, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Contact relevant departments (Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) to resolve guest issues effectively.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate service needs and express genuine appreciation.
Administrative & Operational Support
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, correspondence, documentation, data entry).
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including grooming and uniform standards.
Teamwork & Professional Standards
Assist management in training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
Monitor adherence to quality and service standards.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Safely move or lift items weighing up to 10 pounds when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
No supervisory experience required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software.
