Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. You will play a key role in safeguarding company revenue and supporting effective cash flow management.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Process and record customer invoices accurately and promptly.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

  • Prepare periodic receivables reports for management review.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

  • Support month-end closing processes related to receivables.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Adhere strictly to basic safety rules and operational procedures.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial information.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret financial documents accurately.

  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance and safety standards.
