Role Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. You will play a key role in safeguarding company revenue and supporting effective cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
You will:

Process and record customer invoices accurately and promptly.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Prepare periodic receivables reports for management review.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Support month-end closing processes related to receivables.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Adhere strictly to basic safety rules and operational procedures.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial information.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial record-keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret financial documents accurately.
