Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, reports, and correspondence.
- Draft professional documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a corporate environment involving significant administrative responsibilities.
- Must be based in Takoradi.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Versatile and capable of managing high volumes of work while adapting to changing priorities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable in delivering consistent, high-quality work and solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Prior accounting experience will be a distinct advantage.
