POSITION: ASSISTANT INSPECTION, INVESTIGATIONS, COMPLIANCE & ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Officer will:

  • Support inspections and compliance monitoring activities across assigned areas.

  • Assist in conducting investigations and gathering relevant data and evidence.

  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support enforcement actions and management decisions.

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection and investigation activities.

  • Support enforcement actions in line with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to promote compliance awareness.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    Applicants must:

    • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized institution.

    • Reside in Accra or its environs.

    • Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Show proficiency in basic data analysis and report writing.

    • Display high levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    • Previous experience in compliance, inspection, investigation, or regulatory work will be an added advantage.
