Position Summary

The bakery is seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to prepare a variety of baked products in line with established recipes and production standards. The successful candidate will ensure consistent product quality, uphold hygiene standards, and support smooth daily bakery operations.

The role requires strong baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, and snacks.
  • Follow standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for baking processes.
  • Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal product quality.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in all work areas.
  • Assist in daily production planning and preparation schedules.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Store ingredients and baked goods properly to maintain freshness.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a baker or in a bakery/food production environment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in production.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and under pressure when required.
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve.
