Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Monitor and manage financial transactions to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support budget tracking, audits, and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and local compliance is a plus.
