Role Overview

Dad Micro-Credit Limited is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage risk, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the branch delivers exceptional service while meeting strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales, portfolio, and revenue targets
  • Oversee loan portfolio performance and implement effective credit risk management strategies
  • Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of credit risk management and financial operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
