Job Summary

Kings Paint Depot seeks an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will lead the branch team, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Drive sales growth and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management activities.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance branch visibility and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in branch management, retail management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
