Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Development Assistant to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of business development and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in market research, campaign management, brand development, and stakeholder engagement activities that contribute to business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of business development strategies that drive brand awareness and market growth.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.

Campaign Planning & Content Development

  • Create and manage editorial and content calendars across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and brand communication assets.
  • Coordinate the design, negotiation, and placement of advertising campaigns across television, radio, outdoor media, social media platforms, and email marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing activities.

Brand Management

  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines that accurately reflect the organization’s identity, values, and objectives.
  • Monitor brand visibility and recommend initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, behaviors, and emerging market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Review previous marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support team leaders in budget planning, allocation, and monitoring for marketing and business development projects.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand requirements.
  • Track project progress and provide updates on campaign performance and deliverables.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign outcomes and market insights.
  • Propose innovative ideas and strategies to enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
  • Previous experience working within the betting or gaming industry is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
